- basic sausage-making procedures: grinding, mixing, and stuffing
- where to find ingredients and equipment in Edmonton
- types of sausages (fresh, smoked, emulsified, dry-cured, etc.) and how they differ
- hands-on experience making your own batch of fresh sausage
- how to cook sausages

- container to take sausages home in
