Portfolio

My portfolio is ever changing.

As a professional educator, I am a consummate learner on a never-ending quest to acquire as much knowledge as I can about what interests me. I am compelled to gain personal experience which usually ignites an emotional response, then use that fire to investigate the possibilities artistically.(I also usually fall flat on my face a time or two, but that is how I learn! Not knowing how has never been a barrier to my attempting anything.) Beavie sustains me with humour which feeds my will. At times, I even master something!

I wear may hats, and though I don’t look attractive in some, I embrace versatility. I have published articles and documents in various educational streams. I have edited many kinds of writing from public and private sector documents to cookbooks, catered huge affairs, cooked special dinners for charity, planned massive events, and taught cooking classes to my friends, children and adults. I am a “Jane of all Trades”, and a “Master of Some”!

I do rent myself out, as time permits. I welcome challenge.
