In your Nuts & Bolts recipe you say you can no longer get Rice Chex in Canada, they are available at Sobey’s, I buy them every year and put them in my Nuts & Bolts.
Cheers

Hello Valerie:
I came across your site looking for diastolic powder and thanks to your blog was able to make my own. I found great organic barley from Fieldstone Grainery in Armstrong BC (I shopped there a lot when I still lived in BC and got my KOMO flour mill and oat flaker from them and know them well). The sprouting and dehydrating (I have a Sedona dehydrator) worked very well so now I am ready to bake baguettes. Thank you for all your help. The one thing that intrigued me in your pictures is that you feature a “Wecks” jar. Do you have a local source for buying them? I have been getting some in the US while living in BC. I look forward to hearing from you.
Cheers
Brigitta
