Price
- 115 for the Cheesiry and gas for the carpool
- or, you can also drive there yourself
- If you participate in the carpool, the amount will be divided by the number of people in the car
What you get for your money
- a 1.5kg wheel of pecorino that is already aged OR the fresh one just made to age, fresh milk b-a-a-tte and the cheese making lesson and lunch
- a whole lotta fun and the possibility of building some new friendships

Itinerary and what to bring
- meet at 6:15 for carpool; leave at 6:30 sharp
- eat breakfast enroute (pack it with you)
- bring snacks and water as well as a clean apron and second set of shoes
- arrive at 9 pm (2.5 hour drive)
- make cheese and tour the facility at The Cheesiry
- lunch at 2:30 (pizza or grilled cheese)
- see sheep in the pasture and bring in for milking at 4:30
- make a fresh milk b-a-a-tte (Sheep milk latte)
- leave afterward
Directions: Highway 16 (Between Kitscoty & Lloydminster) south on Range Road 24, 1/2 mile – blue and white building with the 3 silos
