It’s “Ruska salata”.
Word “salata” (salad) in Croatian ,or serbian if you like it, is of feminine gender so possessive adjective “Ruski” (Russian) must have the same ending, which is in this case “-a”. Generally speaking, in Croatian (Serbian) almost all nouns of feminine gender have “-a” ending. What you really have to know is to wich gender particular noun belongs to. There is some disparity between croatian (serbian) and english. One of examples is word “ship”, which is masculine in Croatian (Serbian), while in english ships (even those with masculine name) are referred to by using the feminine pronouns.
