One approach to palacinka in Herceg Novi. It was “œlovely” and had Euro cream spread on it with and Plasma biscuit crumbs sprinkled on top.
It looks quite different than the standard spongy crepe texture. And below is the street version of palacinka in Kotor.
This one looked more like the ones I see most often. I think I will make some when we get to Pava’s!
