I love this tart yummy Ciao, Marica
Raspberries in the summer! It just does not get any better.
Cheers.

Oooooh, yummy. Recipe please ; )
Hey, Liz!
The recipe is here with one exception: I used 52 % cream, folded in one cup, whipped, instead of 1/4 cup. Heavenly!

Love making tart any time of the year but with berries it’s always a extra special treat.
*sigh* I want that. Right now. Nothing is better than fresh raspberries at the height of summer
One of the few things I miss from our old house is the raspberry patch. Twice a year like clockwork, berries everywhere. This tart is so pretty, Valerie!
Twice a year? I cannot imagine. I experience a miracle every morning they are in season as I pluck these lively jewels from their prickly shrubs. How simply marvelous!
